Pink Ribbons, Inc. looks at the pervasive impact of breast cancer fundraising. Every year, millions of dollars are raised, but where does all the money go, and what is actually achieved? The film offers a completely different take on the pink ribbon “success” story that has overtaken North America, with insight from leading doctors, activists and social critics, as well as women diagnosed with breast cancer.
Robbie Burns Dinner, Sat. Jan 21, Woodbridge Legion, 60 Legion Court. dinner at approx 7pm. tickets cost 20. in advance or at the door. EVERYONE IN VAUGHAN IS INVITED.
Using state-of-the-art technology your child will learn to think and communicate more effectively and efficiently. Forget boring methods. Instead, imagine that your child could be achieving these improvements through fun activities and exercises including controlling computer game outcomes without a keyboard or mouse, just by using the power of their mind alone! These focus training methods are the same as those used at Ontario Power Generation to train nuclear plant operators to remain focused on the job, as reported in the November 14th edition of Time Magazine.
The unique developmental tools of Maxi Mind also incorporate sensory integration exercises developed by a team of scientists, educators, doctors and therapists. Bone conduction headphones playing modified classical music tracks deliver therapeutic frequencies that are customized to the client’s learning profile.
Would you believe that in just 10 weeks your child could read better, write better and focus better? Our innovative, drug-free therapy has learning disabled children playing their way to better focusing and academic skills, as well as improved coordination, mood and social skills.
If you or a loved one have focusing or memory problems or a learning disability, then you should attend our next free info session.
