Don't let vacation get you off track

NO EXCUSE: There are plenty of easy — and enjoyable — ways to stay in shape this March Break. Decide on a goal and choose to move, says life coach Dr. Brian Kleinberg.

Professional life coach and director of Thornhill Health and Wellness, Dr. Brian Kleinberg gives some tips on how to stay or get in shape.

Kleinberg suggests to “get into all three tracts.” Creating a loose schedule incorporating your spring break plans and workout goals can ensure there is time for everything.
