Three masked men armed with handguns robbed a Vaughan drug store Tuesday night, police say.
At about 10:40 p.m., the three men went into the Shoppers Drug Mart at 5100 Rutherford Rd. and demanded cash from an employee behind the counter.
Another employee in the store’s office came out to see what was going on and was forced back into the office at gunpoint.
All three suspects fled through the front door with some cash.
No one was injured.
The first suspect is described at male, black, 25-30 years old, about six-feet with an average build. He was wearing a red and white bandanna over his face sunglasses and a blue hooded sweatshirt. The second suspect is described as male, black, 5-foot-8, average build. He was also wearing a bandanna over his face, sunglasses and a hoody. Police describe the third suspect as male, black, 5-foot-10, with an average build. He was wearing a bandanna over his face. All three were carrying handguns.
