    More than 190,000 ceiling fans sold by Home Depot have been pulled out because the blades could explode during use, potentially injuring people nearby.

    • Black (UPC No. 082392599195)
    • Brushed nickel UPC number 082392599188).

    The CPSC urged consumers to stop using fans immediately, and to check them for signs of defects. Those who notice “blade movement or uneven gaps between the blades and the fan body” during an examination should contact the King of Fans for a free replacement.
