Here’s what The Athletic said on Tuesday.

In the opinion of the vast majority of experts, the best available hubs are Trevor Lawrence (Clemson), Justin Fields (Ohio), Zach Wilson (BYU), Mac Jones (Alabama), and Trey Lance (North Dakota).

Logically the first on this list should become the player chosen from the start in the next Goodell Arena auction. This valuable option belongs to Jacksonville Jaguars.

As far as the Pats are concerned, they keep 15H Turn on the floor in the first round. So they will likely have the opportunity to craft one of the midfielders that is still free.

Coach Bill Belischik’s club is said to have contacted all coaches at the university level from available hubs, in addition to interviewing them during the Senior Ball.

In 2020, the first campaign following the Tom Brady era, the Patriots trusted Cam Newton. The trial was unsuccessful, and Massachusetts finished their campaign number 7-9, missing out on the playoffs for the first time since 2008.

Bats also sent Garrett Steedham behind the center of defense several times last season, but the 24-year-old’s performance was not convincing.
