The turmoil in the college football schedule for 2020 has been massive, but the arrival of the Thanksgiving weekend brings some welcome consistency. As usual, there will be a few high-quality games on Fridays in addition to the regular Saturday menu this week where we eat leftovers. Friday’s event tops the ACC showdown between No. 2 Notre Dame and No. 19 North Carolina, but there will also be important games in the Big 12 and Pac-12 as well.
Standing in the race for a spot in the Big 12 is at stake in a match between No. 13 Iowa and Texas No. 17. Meanwhile, in the West, the No. 15 seed in Oregon will look to show voters in a playoff game in college football that the ducks have It was underestimated in the first batch of CFP rankings on Tuesday as they face rival Oregon. Elsewhere, the 24th seed will face Iowa Nebraska as they look to extend their winning streak to four games after a 0-2 start, while Stanford and Cal face both looking for their first wins this season.
