“I definitely will, and you know that,” Trump said when a reporter asked him about leaving the White House if Biden was declared winning on Dec.14.

“It would be very difficult to concede because we know there has been a massive fraud,” Trump said without evidence.

“As to whether or not we can move this device quickly – because time is not on our side, everything else is on our side, the facts are in our favor, this was a huge fraud.”

The President falsely added that if Biden is declared the winner, the The Electoral College“I was wrong, because this election was rigged.” After his comments were pressed, Trump shocked the reporter. “Don’t talk to me that way. I’m the president of the United States. Never talk to the president that way,” he said.

It was the first time that Trump had answered reporters’ questions since the election Thursday.

Since CNN and other outlets Biden is expected to be the winner Earlier this month, Trump refused to accept the results, instead pushing unfounded conspiracies that his second term was stolen and fired. A legal effort to reverse the results.

This includes the false claim during his election night speech that he did indeed win re-election, that he had already won mandates that were in fact still in the air at the time and that his opponents were perpetuating a rigging.

In response, Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said in a statement earlier this month that “the United States government is fully capable of escorting the trespassers outside the White House.”

Up until this point, the Trump campaign lawsuits have been repeatedly dismissed or dropped, and earlier this week, they were dismissed. General Services Department Biden informed that the Trump administration is ready to begin the formal transition process.

The GSA letter marked the first step the administration has taken to admit defeat of Trump. However, the President tweeted moments after reporting the message: “Our case is going strong, we will continue to fight well, and I believe we will win!”

He echoed that message throughout his roving press conference Thursday, after a Thanks a conference call with Military Members – An event traditionally used by US presidents to raise the spirits of service personnel stationed overseas during the holidays and remind the country of their service.

CNN’s Betsy Klein contributed to this report.
