If the performing arts are placed on a forced respite due to the pandemic, Cirque Éloize put the artists to work in production of the film. Seven moments of joy Which will be available online during the holiday season.

This production is the storming of the minds of seven choreographers from very different worlds. Ivanie Aubin Malo, Virginie Brunel, Claudia Chan Tak, Christian Garmater, Axel Munizero, Manuel Roque and Edgar Zendegas bring life to short six to eight minute pieces, mixing dance and circus arts.

For this film directed by Lily Marcotte, Circus Eloise worked with director and art director Benoit Landry. There is also a full documentary part, we followed the process and interviewed them. The director asked them questions about their work and the theme of joy. It really is a movie, not a showIn an interview with Cultural Columnist at Benoit Landry, Benoit Landry explains 15-18Kathryn Richer.

Tickets sell for $ 15. All revenue will be donated to the Éloize Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to contribute to the development of the performing arts. The film will be available for viewing from December 23, 2020 to January 6, 2021.
